- Foster a positive classroom environment that encourages participation and language proficiency.
- Coordinate with senior staff for co‑curricular activities and Hindi cultural programs.
- Provide remedial support to students who need additional help in reading, writing or speaking.
- Maintain discipline, attendance and timely submission of reports as per school policies.
- Participate in staff meetings, professional development sessions and parent‑teacher interactions.
