What You Will Do
* Teach English literature and language to students from grades 1-8
* Engage with parents through regular parent-teacher meetings and progress updates
* Develop and implement extracurricular activities to promote English language skills
* Collaborate with colleagues to plan and implement curriculum-based projects
* Conduct workshops and training sessions for teachers on English language teaching methods
* Develop and maintain relationships with local community members to promote the school's mission and values
* Participate in school events and activities to promote English language skills
* Develop and implement a comprehensive plan to improve English language skills among students
* Analyze student progress and develop strategies to address areas of improvement
Required Qualifications
* Postgraduate degree in English Literature or related field
* Bachelor of Education (B.Ed) or Diploma in Elementary Education (D.El.Ed)
* CTET or NET certification is preferred but not mandatory
* 3 years of experience in teaching English language and literature
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Passion for teaching and commitment to student learning
