- Conduct regular assessments and evaluations to monitor student progress and adjust instruction accordingly.
- Provide one-on-one support to students who require additional help, using online resources and digital tools.
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement curriculum-based projects and activities.
- Integrate technology into lessons, using smart boards, Google Classroom, and the LMS to enhance student engagement and interaction.
- Develop and maintain a digital repository of teaching resources, including lesson plans, worksheets, and assessments.
- Utilize online platforms to facilitate parent-teacher communication and engagement.
- Participate in staff meetings and professional development sessions to stay updated on best practices in English teaching.
- Contribute to the development of the school's language policy and curriculum.
