Academic Coordinator (Non-Teaching Position)
Your Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement academic programs aligned with school vision and CBSE/ICSE standards
- Coordinate curriculum planning, teacher training, and student assessment frameworks
- Monitor teaching quality and student learning outcomes through regular classroom observations
- Manage textbook selection, digital resources, and extracurricular activity integration
- Lead parent-teacher meetings and academic counseling sessions
- Maintain compliance with regulatory bodies and accreditation requirements
- Analyze academic data to identify trends and implement improvement strategies
- Collaborate with school leadership on annual academic planning and budget allocation
Professional Development
- Attend quarterly academic leadership workshops
- Complete 20 hours of online pedagogical training annually
- Participate in curriculum review conferences twice yearly
- Join professional networks for academic coordinators
