Key Responsibilities
- Conduct regular badminton training sessions for students of various age groups, focusing on skill development, technique, and game tactics.
- Plan and organise intra‑school tournaments, inter‑school matches and participation in district‑level competitions.
- Assess individual player progress, maintain performance records and provide feedback to students and parents.
- Ensure safe use of equipment and proper maintenance of the badminton court and accessories.
- Coordinate with school administration to schedule practice timings that align with the academic calendar.
- Promote a spirit of sportsmanship, teamwork and healthy competition among participants.
Required Skills and Attributes
- Demonstrated ability to teach fundamental and advanced badminton skills.
- Strong communication skills for interacting with students, teachers and parents.
- Ability to motivate young athletes and manage group dynamics during practice.
- Basic knowledge of first‑aid and injury prevention related to badminton activities.
Working Conditions
