Badminton Coach Job in East Delhi, Delhi | School Vacancy — Immediate requirement
About This Role
Bhai Parmanand Vidya Vihar is inviting applications for the position of Badminton Coach for its sports department. This is a full-time, non-teaching role based in Preet Vihar, East Delhi. The Badminton Coach will be responsible for organizing, coaching, and managing the school’s badminton teams at inter-school and district-level competitions.
Key Responsibilities
1. Plan and conduct regular badminton coaching sessions for students aged 12 to 17 years.
2. Identify and develop talented players from different grades and guide them through structured training.
3. Organize practice drills, fitness routines, and match simulations to improve performance.
4. Maintain equipment such as rackets, shuttlecocks, and nets in proper condition.
5. Coordinate with the sports department head to schedule matches, tournaments, and practice timings.
6. Keep records of student attendance, progress, and participation in competitions.
7. Promote sportsmanship, discipline, and teamwork among all players.
8. Report training outcomes and player development to the school administration periodically.
Required Qualifications
Graduation in any discipline from a recognized university. Prior coaching experience in badminton is essential. Knowledge of basic first aid and sports injury management is desirable. Familiarity with Microsoft Office and sports software will be an added advantage.
