Computer Lab Assistant
Premium Tier 3 School Campus
Air-conditioned computer lab with 30 workstations
Windows 11, MS Office 2021, Adobe Suite, Python, Scratch, Tinkercad
High-speed internet, projector, printer, smart board
School hours 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM (flexible before/after for prep)
Minimum Requirements
Post-graduate degree in Computer Science, IT, MCA, or related field
Minimum 2 years hands-on experience in a school or educational lab
Basic troubleshooting of hardware, software, printers, and network issues
Familiarity with Windows 10/11, MS Office, and educational software
Ability to maintain lab inventory and assist teachers with digital resources
Strong communication and teamwork skills

Role Summary
Assist teachers in planning and conducting computer lab sessions
Set up and maintain lab hardware and software before each class
Troubleshoot technical issues during classes to minimize downtime
Prepare digital resources, worksheets, and assessment tools
Train students on safe internet practices and digital citizenship
Monitor lab usage, manage logins, and maintain attendance records
Assist in organizing coding fairs, hackathons, and tech exhibitions
Help maintain inventory of lab equipment and consumables
Collaborate with IT team for periodic lab upgrades and security updates
Support teachers in integrating technology into lesson plans
Document lab usage and report recurring issues to school leadership
