Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement engaging library programs and services for students and staff
- Manage and maintain a comprehensive library collection, including books, digital resources, and multimedia materials
- Provide research assistance and instruction to students and teachers
- Collaborate with teachers to integrate library resources into curriculum design and delivery
- Monitor and evaluate library services and programs to ensure quality and effectiveness
- Develop and maintain relationships with community partners and suppliers to support library programs

Desired Competencies:

- Master's degree in Library Science or a related field
- 2 years of experience in a library or teaching setting
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Familiarity with library software and technology
