Role Summary

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and implement interactive teaching methods, such as storytelling, demonstrations, and hands-on activities, to reinforce foundational concepts.
- Foster a positive classroom environment that encourages discipline, respect, and inclusivity.
- Collaborate with parents to ensure a seamless transition of learning from home to school and vice versa.
- Develop and maintain a well-organized and visually appealing classroom display that reflects student work and creativity.
- Conduct regular parent-teacher meetings to discuss student progress and involve parents in the learning process.
- Participate in school events and activities that promote community engagement and social responsibility.
- Stay updated with the latest teaching methodologies and pedagogical practices to ensure student-centered and activity-based learning.
- Maintain accurate records of student progress, attendance, and assessments.
Who Can Apply
We invite qualified and passionate educators with a post-graduate degree (B.Ed, M.Ed, M.A.) and a minimum of 3 years of experience to apply for this role. While TET/CTET certification is desirable, it is not mandatory for this position.
