Your Students

Key Responsibilities

Prepare students for school assemblies and cultural events by organizing practice sessions and selecting performance pieces.
Organize classroom activities such as rhythm clapping, vocal warm-ups, and storytelling through music to keep students engaged. Create worksheets with musical symbols, note recognition, and simple composition tasks to reinforce classroom learning at home. Encourage student participation by allowing children to lead short musical games or perform solos in a supportive environment.
Collaborate with other PRT teachers at Rishabh Public School to integrate music into thematic units like festivals, seasons, or community values. Maintain classroom discipline while fostering creativity, ensuring all students feel confident expressing themselves through music. Communicate regularly with parents about student progress and upcoming school music events.
Required Qualifications
Postgraduate degree in Music with a minimum of 3 years of teaching experience in primary grades. B.Ed or M.Ed preferred for curriculum alignment and pedagogy depth. D.El.Ed or equivalent qualification accepted for foundational teaching training.
