Job Overview
Design and execute high-energy aquatic curriculums for various age groups. Lead daily training sessions that focus on stroke correction and endurance. Monitor student performance through digital tracking tools. Coordinate inter-school meets and internal swimming galas. Advocate for holistic physical wellness and water safety across the entire school community. Collaborate with the sports department to integrate aquatic training into the broader physical education strategy.
