About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented TGT Science Teacher to join our Tier 1 academic team. The primary focus of this role is to deliver measurable improvements in student performance and ensure high academic standards across middle school science sections.
Performance Expectations
The successful candidate will be expected to maintain a minimum class average of 85 percent across all internal and external assessments. You are responsible for ensuring a 100 percent pass rate for all assigned students. We expect a year-on-year increase in student proficiency scores by at least 15 percent. Additionally, the teacher will be evaluated on the number of students who successfully qualify for regional and national level Science Olympiads and competitive exhibitions.
Your Responsibilities
Design and implement comprehensive lesson plans for Physics, Chemistry, and Biology that align with the school curriculum.
Prepare students for rigorous testing through regular mock exams and detailed feedback sessions.
Manage and conduct weekly laboratory experiments while maintaining strict safety protocols.
Analyze student data to identify learning gaps and create targeted intervention plans.
Maintain accurate records of student attendance, grades, and behavioral metrics.
Communicate effectively with parents regarding student progress through data-backed reports.
Participate in departmental meetings to align teaching strategies with institutional goals.
Teaching Methodology

You will utilize digital tools and smart-classroom technology to provide visual and interactive learning experiences. Requirements
Qualification: Post-graduate degree in a Science subject (Physics, Chemistry, or Biology).
Experience: Minimum of 2 years of teaching experience in a reputable school.
