Oversee the documentation process, verifying eligibility and ensuring all records meet CBSE and state guidelines. Train and mentor junior staff on admission protocols, maintaining consistent service standards across shifts. Liaise with class teachers and administrative heads to align admission targets with classroom capacity.
Monitor admission trends in New Delhi, preparing monthly reports for leadership review. Represent the school at education fairs and community meetings to strengthen local partnerships. Address parent concerns promptly, balancing transparency with institutional policies.
Eligibility
Graduation in any discipline is essential, with preference for postgraduate degrees in Education or Management. Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in school administration or admission counselling is required. Familiarity with Delhi’s school ecosystem and parent engagement practices is an advantage.
