4. Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Physical Education or related field.

Strong leadership and motivational ability.
5. Preferred Skills:
Certification in athletic coaching or sports management.
Experience in youth athletic development programs.
Familiarity with fitness assessment tools.
6. Work Environment:

Attractive pay scale ₹25,000–₹32,000 per month, along with incentives for tournament achievements.
