About This Role
As a key leader in Abhinav Global School in New Delhi, the Atl Lab Incharge will be responsible for overseeing the school's laboratory facilities and ensuring a high standard of science education. This role is crucial in shaping the school's academic landscape and contributing to the holistic development of students in Delhi.
What You Will Do
As an Atl Lab Incharge in Abhinav Global School, you will be responsible for:
* Maintaining and upgrading laboratory equipment and facilities to ensure a safe and effective learning environment for students.
* Developing and implementing laboratory protocols and procedures to ensure compliance with health and safety standards.
* Supervising laboratory assistants and technical staff to ensure efficient day-to-day operations.
* Coordinating with teachers and department heads to develop and implement science curriculum and projects.
* Collaborating with parents and guardians to keep them informed about laboratory activities and safety protocols.
* Conducting risk assessments and implementing measures to minimize accidents and injuries in the laboratory.
* Preparing and submitting reports on laboratory activities, safety incidents, and maintenance requirements.
* Maintaining accurate records of laboratory inventory, maintenance, and repairs.
* Ensuring that laboratory facilities are clean, well-maintained, and compliant with regulatory requirements.

* A graduate degree in a relevant field such as science, technology, engineering, or mathematics (STEM).
* At least 3 years of experience in a laboratory setting, preferably in an educational institution.
