Role Summary

Key Responsibilities
Plan weekly art and craft sessions aligned with school themes and CBSE guidelines
Conduct interactive demonstrations using eco-friendly and recycled materials
Prepare age-appropriate worksheets, cut-and-paste activities, and seasonal projects
Organize monthly art exhibitions within the school premises to showcase student work
Maintain inventory of art supplies and submit requisitions to the admin office
Collaborate with PRT teachers to integrate art into core subjects like EVS and English
Communicate student progress through progress reports and parent-teacher meetings
Participate in school events such as Independence Day and Diwali craft fairs
Eligibility
Must Have
Graduation in Fine Arts, BFA, or any graduate with diploma/certificate in Art & Craft
CTET qualification with minimum 50% aggregate
2 years of full-time teaching experience in primary classes
Demonstrated ability to manage 30-40 students in one classroom
Good to Have
D.El.Ed or B.Ed with Art specialization
Experience with digital art tools like tablets for young learners
Familiarity with CBSE art curriculum and evaluation patterns
Skills We Value
Strong classroom management in noisy, activity-heavy environments
Ability to speak Hindi and English fluently for instruction and parent interaction
Patience to guide left-handed students and differently-abled learners
Basic knowledge of local Delhi school culture and parent expectations
