Track student progress, document attendance, and communicate regularly with parents about performance and upcoming events.
Coordinate with the sports department to align skating activities with school sports days and inter-school competitions.
Organize skating workshops during vacations and manage registrations for local skating tournaments.
Ensure safety protocols are followed during practice, including first-aid readiness and emergency response.
Liaise with the Abhinav Global School leadership on budget needs for skating gear, rink maintenance, and program expansion.
Supervise external skating instructors if hired and evaluate their performance quarterly.
Prepare reports for the sports coordinator on participation numbers, event outcomes, and resource requirements.
