About This Role (senior Evs department role)
Lilawati Vidya Mandir School in Model Town, North Delhi, Delhi is looking for a senior PRT Evs Teacher or potential Head of Department to lead the department and mentor junior staff members. As a senior Evs department role, you will be responsible for curriculum ownership, mentoring junior staff, and contributing to the overall academic excellence of the school.
What You Will Do
- Develop and implement the Evs curriculum for classes I to X
- Teach and mentor junior staff members in the Evs department
- Prepare and review the department's annual budget
- Oversee the day-to-day activities of the Evs department
- Conduct regular board exams and prepare students for competitions
- Maintain records and prepare reports on departmental activities
- Collaborate with other department heads to achieve school goals
- Participate in school events and activities
- Conduct workshops and training sessions for teachers and students
- Develop and implement new projects and initiatives in the Evs department
Who Can Apply
To be eligible for this role, you should have a B.Ed degree with a minimum of five years of teaching experience in Evs. A NET or SET qualification is preferred but not mandatory. You should be a graduate and have good communication and interpersonal skills.
