Job Description
Responsibilities
Teaching
Deliver engaging Hindi lessons to classes in accordance with the school curriculum.
Use varied instructional methods to cater to diverse learning styles and promote language proficiency.
Planning
Prepare lesson plans, instructional materials, and assessment tools that align with academic standards.
Collaborate with colleagues to integrate cross‑disciplinary learning where appropriate.
Assessment
Conduct regular formative and summative assessments to gauge student progress.
Provide timely feedback to students and parents on academic performance and areas for improvement.
Student Support
Offer additional guidance to students requiring extra help with Hindi concepts.
Encourage participation in school language activities and competitions.
Coordination
Assist in organizing Hindi‑related events such as cultural fests and language days.
Maintain accurate attendance records and report any concerns to the department head.
Qualifications
Graduate degree in any discipline.
B.Ed or D.El.Ed preferred; TET/CTET not mandatory.
Experience
Minimum of 3 years teaching experience, preferably in a school setting.
Salary
Rs.18,000 – Rs.30,000 per month.
