Job Overview
Key Responsibilities
- Recruit, train, and manage a team of basketball players
- Develop and implement a comprehensive training program for basketball players
- Conduct regular training sessions, tournaments, and matches
- Foster a positive and supportive team culture
- Collaborate with other coaches and staff members to promote school sports
- Develop and maintain relationships with parents and school administrators
- Ensure the safety and well-being of all players during training sessions and matches
- Monitor and evaluate player progress and provide regular feedback
Required Qualifications
- Postgraduate degree in Sports Management, Physical Education, or a related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in basketball coaching, preferably at a school level
- Strong knowledge of basketball techniques, tactics, and rules
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong organizational and time management skills
Salary and Benefits
