3. Collaborate with school management to promote dance as an extracurricular activity, securing partnerships with local dance studios if needed.
4. Lead student performances, including planning rehearsals, selecting choreography, and ensuring safety protocols during events.
5. Maintain records of student progress, attendance, and participation in dance programs for administrative and reporting purposes.
6. Represent The Mann School at cultural events, showcasing dance performances and fostering community connections.
7. Train and mentor junior staff or volunteers to assist in dance program operations, ensuring consistency in teaching standards.
8. Review and update dance program materials, equipment, and facilities to meet evolving student needs and school policies.
