Day-to-Day Duties
Plan and deliver engaging Hindi lessons for Grades 1 to 5 using activity-based methods.
Prepare worksheets, flashcards, and interactive exercises to reinforce learning.
Conduct storytelling sessions, role plays, and group discussions in Hindi.
Assess student progress through regular classroom observations and simple tests.
Organize cultural programs like Hindi Diwas or Bal Mela with student participation.
Communicate with parents regarding student performance and classroom behavior.
Coordinate with other PRT teachers for cross-curricular Hindi integration.
Required Qualifications
Postgraduate degree in Hindi with a minimum of 4 years of primary teaching experience.
B.Ed or D.El.Ed qualification from a recognized institution.
Fluency in Hindi and English for classroom and parent interactions.
Familiarity with Delhi’s primary curriculum and local student language needs.
Experience in activity-based learning and student-centered teaching methods.
Salary and Benefits
Competitive salary of Rs.20,000 to Rs.40,000 per month, negotiable for strong candidates.
Monthly salary credited on time with no deductions.
