Job Overview
We are looking for an experienced and passionate Music Teacher to join our faculty at K-iit World School. The successful candidate will be responsible for teaching Music to students from nursery to class VIII, and will play a vital role in shaping the musical talents of our students.
Key Responsibilities
- Teach Music to students from nursery to class VIII
- Plan and implement engaging Music lesson plans
- Develop and conduct Music performances and events
- Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback
- Collaborate with other teachers to integrate Music with other subjects
- Maintain a well-organized and student-friendly Music classroom
- Participate in school events and activities
- Develop and implement Music curriculum
- Monitor student behavior and maintain discipline in the Music classroom
Who Can Apply
To be eligible for this position, candidates must have a postgraduate degree in Music (B.A. Music, M.A. Music, M.Mus, etc.) and a B.Ed/D.El.Ed degree. Teaching experience of at least 2 years in a school setting is required. Preference will be given to candidates who have passed the CTET/TET exam.
