2. Develop and implement career guidance programs, workshops, and seminars for students, teachers, and parents.
3. Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and industry experts to design and deliver career-related programs.
4. Maintain accurate records of student career aspirations, interests, and achievements.
5. Provide career-related support to students with special needs.
6. Assist students in exploring and applying for scholarships, internships, and job opportunities.
7. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, job market demands, and emerging careers.
8. Develop and maintain relationships with local employers, educational institutions, and professional organizations.
Eligibility Criteria
The ideal candidate must possess a postgraduate degree in Counselling, Psychology, Education, or a related field. A minimum of 2 years of experience in career counselling or a related field is required. Proficiency in computer applications, particularly MS Office and Google Suite, is essential.
