L.b.s School is looking for a dedicated Career Counsellor to guide students in Saket, South Delhi. This full-time role requires managing counselling sessions, university applications, and career guidance programs. What You Will Do
1. Conduct individual and group career counselling sessions for students from classes IX to XII.
2. Organize career fairs, college visits, and interactive sessions with industry professionals.
3. Maintain updated records of student profiles, aptitude tests, and career preferences.
4. Assist students in selecting streams, courses, and competitive exams aligned with their strengths.

Eligibility Criteria
Postgraduate degree in Psychology, Education, or related fields from a recognized university. Minimum 2 years of experience in career counselling, student mentoring, or education administration. Proficiency in MS Office and basic internet tools is essential. Prior experience in school settings is preferred.
