- Managing library budgets and resources to ensure effective use of resources
- Supervising library staff and volunteers to ensure smooth operation of the library
- Contributing to the development of school policies and procedures related to library services
Required Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
- A postgraduate degree in Library Science or a related field
- At least 2 years of experience working in a school library or similar setting
- Strong organizational and leadership skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with students, teachers, and parents
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to evaluate library services and make recommendations for improvement
