Day-to-Day Duties
- Design and deliver lesson plans for computer science classes
- Conduct assessments and evaluations to track student progress
- Provide individualized support to students who require extra help
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop curriculum and resources
- Participate in school-wide initiatives and events
- Develop and maintain a safe and organized classroom environment
- Communicate with parents and guardians regarding student progress
- Stay updated with the latest developments in computer science education
Required Qualifications
A B.Ed or D.El.Ed degree is mandatory for this role. Prior experience as a computer science teacher is preferred, but not necessary. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of computer science concepts and be able to communicate complex ideas in a clear and concise manner.
