As the PRT English Teacher, you will be responsible for:
- Designing and implementing engaging English curricula for students from various backgrounds
- Mentoring junior staff members to enhance their teaching skills
- Analyzing and improving board results in English
- Developing and conducting workshops for parents and teachers
- Collaborating with other departments to integrate English with other subjects
- Preparing and administering English language proficiency tests
- Maintaining records of student progress and achievement
- Participating in school events and extracurricular activities
- Staying updated with the latest developments in English language teaching and learning
- Serving as a member of the school's senior management team
Eligibility Criteria
To be eligible for this role, you should have:
- A graduate degree in English or a related field
- A valid B.Ed. or D.El.Ed. degree
- A minimum of 5 years of teaching experience
- NET or SET certification is preferred but not mandatory
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
