Dps International, a leading educational institution in Saket, South Delhi, seeks a highly skilled and experienced Psychological Counsellor to join its team. As a key member of the school administration, you will provide counseling services to students, parents, and staff, promoting a supportive and inclusive environment.
Key Responsibilities
1. Provide individual and group counseling sessions to students, focusing on academic and personal issues.
2. Conduct workshops and awareness programs on mental health, wellness, and personal development.
3. Collaborate with teachers and staff to develop and implement support systems for students.
4. Maintain confidentiality and adhere to ethical guidelines in counseling practice.
5. Develop and implement strategies to promote emotional intelligence and well-being among students.
6. Work closely with parents and guardians to address concerns and provide support.
7. Conduct assessments and referrals for students requiring additional support.
8. Participate in school-wide initiatives to promote a positive and inclusive school culture.
Who Can Apply
We invite applications from qualified professionals with a postgraduate degree in Psychology or a related field. A minimum of 3 years of experience in counseling or a related field is required. Proficiency in computer applications, particularly those related to counseling software, is essential.
