About This Role

What You Will Do
- Coordinate with teachers to develop Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) for students with special needs
- Conduct regular assessments and evaluations to identify student strengths and areas of improvement
- Collaborate with parents to create a supportive learning environment at home
- Develop and implement behavioral support plans to promote positive student behavior
- Provide training and support to teachers on inclusive education practices
- Manage and maintain records of student progress and interventions
- Develop and implement programs to promote social skills and emotional intelligence among students
- Participate in meetings and conferences to discuss student progress and goals
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of special education programs and services
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree in Special Education or a related field
- B.Ed or D.El.Ed with a specialization in Special Education
- Minimum 3 years of experience in special education or a related field
- Demonstrated expertise in inclusive education practices and support strategies for students with diverse needs
