Role Summary
The Admission Counsellor position at Dev Samaj Modern School plays a key role in shaping the school’s annual intake by engaging with parents and students. Day-to-Day Duties
Organize and conduct parent orientation sessions at Dev Samaj Modern School to explain admission procedures and fee structures.
Handle walk-ins and calls with clarity, guiding parents through form filling and document verification.
Coordinate with school leadership to align admission targets with classroom availability and infrastructure capacity.
Maintain accurate records of inquiries, follow-ups, and admissions using the school’s CRM or registers.
Visit nearby communities in Kalkaji and Greater Kailash to promote Dev Samaj Modern School’s programs and admissions.
Ensure all admission files are complete and submitted to the accounts and records teams on time.
Prepare monthly admission reports for the principal and management team.
Liaise with transport and hostel coordinators to support admissions for outstation students.
Required Qualifications
Must Have: Postgraduate degree in any discipline with at least two years of relevant experience in school admissions or front-office administration.
Good to Have: Experience in parent counseling, data entry, or CRM usage. Familiarity with school admission processes in Delhi.
