3. Key Responsibilities:
Conduct regular chess coaching sessions across grades.
Develop strategic training modules suited for different skill levels.

Promote chess as a tool for cognitive skill enhancement.
4. Required Qualifications:
Proven experience as a chess coach or tournament player (FIDE-rated preferred).
Strong knowledge of chess theory, openings, and endgame strategies.
Excellent communication and motivational skills.
Bachelor’s degree in Physical Education or related discipline preferred.
5. Preferred Skills:
Ability to use digital chess software for training.
Certification from recognized chess federations.
Passion for mentoring young minds.

You’ll be working in a well-equipped sports department with access to digital learning tools, chess boards, and analysis software.
