Key Responsibilities
• Coordinate the daily functioning of the sports and recreation department, including maintenance of equipment and grounds.

• Liaise with parents and school staff to communicate program objectives and address concerns.
• Prepare monthly reports on resource usage, event planning, and budget adherence for senior management.
• Organize inter‑school tournaments, workshops, and community outreach initiatives that promote healthy lifestyles.
• Ensure that all activities meet the guidelines set by the school board and local authorities.
Qualifications
• Graduate with a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar administrative role.
• B.Ed or D.El.Ed preferred; TET/CTET not mandatory.
• Strong understanding of school administration and event management.
• Excellent communication skills in Hindi and English.
