Eligibility Criteria
Must Have:
- Bachelor's degree in English or related field
- B.Ed. or D.El.Ed. qualification
- CTET qualification
- Minimum 3 years of experience teaching English to students from classes 6 to 10
- Strong command of the English language
Good to Have:
- M.Ed. or M.A. in English
- Experience teaching English to students with special needs
- Knowledge of educational technology and software
Preferred Skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to create engaging lesson plans and activities
- Knowledge of English language teaching methodologies
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Willingness to participate in professional development and training
