About This Role
As a PRT Music Teacher at Vishwa Bharti Public School, you will be responsible for teaching music to students from Nursery to Class 5. You will work closely with the music department to develop and implement the music curriculum.
Day-to-Day Duties
- Plan and deliver music lessons to students
- Conduct music activities, workshops, and performances
- Assess student progress and provide feedback
- Develop and maintain the music room and resources
- Communicate with parents and other teachers
- Participate in staff meetings and professional development
- Collaborate with other teachers to integrate music into the curriculum
- Organize school music events and festivals
- Supervise students during music classes and activities
- Maintain discipline and order in the music room
Required Qualifications
- Postgraduate degree in Music or related field
- B.Ed. or D.El.Ed. or M.Ed. degree
- CTET or TET certification is desirable but not mandatory
- NET or SET certification is also desirable
Salary and Benefits
- Salary: Rs.20,000 - Rs.35,000 per month
