About the Role:
As Vice Principal, you will assist the Principal in leading academic planning, staff coordination, and policy implementation. You’ll ensure that every teacher, classroom, and student aligns with the school’s vision for academic excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise teaching performance and conduct evaluations.
Assist in admissions, scheduling, and examinations.
Handle student discipline and teacher coordination.
Organize training workshops and school events.
Act as the communication bridge between management, teachers, and parents.
Eligibility Criteria:
Post Graduate (Master’s with B.Ed./M.Ed. preferred).
Minimum 6 years in senior academic leadership.
Excellent communication, decision-making, and leadership skills.
