About This Role
Queens Valley School is looking for an Admission Counsellor to manage new student enrollments and coordinate with parents. This role is central to maintaining the school’s reputation and ensuring smooth admissions every academic year. The position requires handling inquiries, processing applications, and guiding families through the admission process.
Key Responsibilities
Guide prospective parents and students through Queens Valley School’s admission policies and fee structures.
Maintain accurate records of inquiries, applications, and follow-ups in the school’s CRM system.
Coordinate with the school leadership to align admission targets with academic planning.
Organize and assist at open house events and school tours in Patel Nagar and nearby areas.
Resolve parent queries related to eligibility, documents, and timelines promptly.
Collaborate with the marketing team to prepare admission brochures and digital content.
Ensure compliance with Delhi government norms for age criteria and documentation.
Monitor admission trends and report feedback to the school management for decision-making.
Required Qualifications
Must Have: Postgraduate degree in any discipline with minimum two years of experience in school admissions or related administrative roles.
Good to Have: Familiarity with Delhi school admission processes and knowledge of CBSE guidelines.

Salary and Benefits
