- Develop and maintain relationships with local music organizations, schools, and community groups.
- Manage budget and finances for the marching band program.
- Ensure compliance with school policies and regulations.
- Collaborate with school administration to ensure the marching band program aligns with school goals and objectives.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Music or a related field (post graduate preferred).
- Minimum 2 years of experience in leading a marching band program.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work with students, staff, and community members.
- Knowledge of music theory and performance techniques.
- Experience with budgeting and financial management.
