What You Will Do
Oversee the daily functioning of the pre-primary wing at Queens Valley School.
Coordinate with teachers and support staff to maintain a child-friendly learning atmosphere.
Implement school policies and ensure compliance with educational regulations.
Monitor attendance, discipline, and safety protocols in the pre-primary section.
Organize parent-teacher interactions and feedback sessions regularly.
Manage inventory of teaching aids, toys, and classroom materials efficiently.
Conduct staff appraisals and provide professional development guidance.
Prepare monthly reports on student progress and departmental activities.
Eligibility Criteria
Must Have:
Post-graduate degree in any discipline.
B.Ed or D.El.Ed qualification.
Minimum 2 years of experience in school administration or early childhood management.
Good to Have:
Prior experience as a Prt Headmistress or in a similar leadership role.
Familiarity with CBSE or ICSE school norms.
