Your Students
As a PRT Art And Craft Teacher at G.d Goenka School, you'll be working with students from diverse learning levels and backgrounds, each with their own strengths and challenges. You'll be responsible for creating an inclusive classroom environment that promotes social, emotional, and academic growth, and where every student feels valued and supported.
Key Responsibilities
* Plan and deliver engaging and differentiated art and craft lessons to students of varying abilities, adapting your instruction to meet the needs of all learners
* Create a supportive and inclusive classroom environment that promotes social, emotional, and academic growth, and where every student feels valued and supported
* Assess student progress and adjust your teaching strategies to meet the needs of all learners
* Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement art and craft programs that align with the school's curriculum and values
* Develop and maintain a safe and organized classroom environment that promotes creativity and self-expression
* Communicate effectively with parents and colleagues to ensure a consistent and supportive approach to teaching and learning
* Participate in professional development opportunities to stay up-to-date with best practices in art and craft education
* Contribute to the development of school policies and programs that promote inclusive education and social-emotional learning
Eligibility Criteria
* B.Ed or D.El.Ed qualification
* 2 years of teaching experience in a school setting
* Strong understanding of inclusive education principles and practices
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and parents
* Strong organizational and time management skills
