Key Responsibilities
1. Plan and implement engaging Art And Craft lesson plans for students.
2. Conduct classes, demonstrations, and workshops to promote creativity and skill-building.
3. Develop and maintain a safe and organized Art And Craft room environment.
4. Evaluate student progress and provide constructive feedback.
5. Collaborate with colleagues to integrate Art And Craft with other subjects.
6. Participate in school events and exhibitions to showcase student work.
7. Develop and update lesson plans to meet the needs of students with diverse learning styles.
8. Maintain accurate records of student progress and attendance.
9. Participate in staff meetings and contribute to the development of school policies.
Eligibility Criteria
Must Have:
- B.Ed/D.El.Ed degree in Art Education or related field
- 2 years of experience in teaching Art And Craft
- Strong understanding of Art And Craft pedagogy and curriculum development
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Good to Have:
- TET/CTET certification
- Experience in teaching students with special needs
- Familiarity with Art And Craft software and technology
