- Prepare and execute lesson plans, worksheets, and interactive activities that promote creativity and student engagement in Art And Craft.
- Mentor junior staff and provide guidance on teaching methodologies, classroom management, and student assessment.
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement school-wide Art And Craft projects and events.
- Analyze student performance and provide feedback to students, parents, and colleagues to ensure continuous improvement.
- Conduct parent-teacher meetings to discuss student progress and set goals for improvement in Art And Craft.
- Monitor and maintain the Art And Craft department's resources, equipment, and materials.
- Participate in staff development programs and workshops to enhance teaching skills and stay updated on curriculum developments in West Delhi, Delhi.
Who Can Apply
To be eligible for this role, candidates must have:
- A post-graduate degree (M.A. or M.Sc) in Art And Craft or a related field.
- A B.Ed or D.El.Ed degree from a recognized university.
- At least 5 years of teaching experience in Art And Craft, with a proven track record of achieving exceptional board results.
- A valid D.El.Ed or B.Ed certification.
- NET or SET certification is preferred but not mandatory.
