Assess student progress through portfolios, not just grades, to encourage creative confidence.
Communicate regularly with parents about their child’s artistic development and suggest home-based art practices.
Ensure safety by managing materials like scissors, glue, and paints with proper storage and supervision.
Who Can Apply
Candidates must hold a postgraduate degree in Fine Arts, Visual Arts, or related fields with a B.Ed or M.Ed. A D.El.Ed with a specialization in Art Education is also accepted. Prior teaching experience of at least 3 years in primary art education is essential.
