About This Role
As a PRT Computer Science Teacher at Adarsh Senior Secondary School, you will be responsible for creating engaging lesson plans that cater to the varying learning levels of our students. Your Students
Our students come from a variety of backgrounds, and as a PRT Computer Science Teacher, you will be working with students who have different learning needs and abilities. You will be expected to create an inclusive classroom environment that encourages participation and fosters a love for learning. In your role, you will also be responsible for assessing student progress and adapting your teaching strategies to meet the needs of students with diverse learning styles.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver Computer Science lessons that cater to the varying learning levels of our students
- Develop and implement differentiated instruction strategies to meet the needs of students with different learning abilities
- Provide individualized attention and support to students who require extra help
- Assess student progress and adapt teaching strategies to meet the needs of students with diverse learning styles
- Collaborate with colleagues to create a cohesive and inclusive learning environment
- Use technology to enhance the learning experience and engage students in Computer Science lessons
- Develop and maintain a safe and respectful classroom environment that promotes learning and socialization
- Participate in school-wide initiatives to promote diversity, equity, and inclusion
- Maintain accurate records of student progress and assessment results
- Communicate regularly with parents and guardians to keep them informed of student progress
Eligibility Criteria
- A graduate degree in Computer Science or a related field
- B.Ed./D.El.Ed. degree or equivalent qualification
- TET/CTET certification is desirable but not mandatory
- 2 years of teaching experience in a school setting
- Strong subject knowledge and pedagogical skills
- Ability to communicate effectively with students, colleagues, and parents

- Inclusive pedagogy and experience in teaching students with diverse learning needs
- Patience, empathy, and a positive attitude towards teaching and learning
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
