What You Will Do
Plan and conduct Computer Science lessons for classes 1 to 5 using activity-based learning methods. Prepare simple worksheets, charts, and demonstration-based activities to explain basic computer operations and concepts. Organize interactive sessions where students participate in storytelling related to technology, puzzles, and hands-on exercises using classroom resources.
Create a classroom environment that encourages curiosity and participation among young learners. Use visual aids, flashcards, and simple games to reinforce understanding of Computer Science fundamentals. Maintain discipline and ensure that all students are engaged during the lessons.
Assess student progress through informal methods like observation, participation, and simple assignments. Provide feedback to parents during PTMs and casual interactions about their child’s progress in Computer Science. Collaborate with other PRT teachers to integrate Computer Science with other subjects where relevant.
Eligibility
Postgraduate degree in Computer Science, MCA, B.Tech in Computer Science, or related field. Minimum 1 year of teaching experience in primary classes with exposure to Computer Science concepts. Preference will be given to candidates familiar with D.El.Ed or B.Ed degrees, though not mandatory.
Salary and Benefits
