- Develop and implement the Evs curriculum for St. Marks World School, aligning with CBSE guidelines.
- Mentor junior staff members, providing guidance and support to ensure seamless classroom delivery.
- Analyze and evaluate board results, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies for growth.
- Collaborate with the senior management team to drive academic excellence and shape school policies.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with parents, keeping them informed about their child's progress.
- Participate in school-wide initiatives, contributing to the overall growth and development of St. Marks World School.
- Stay updated with the latest teaching methodologies and best practices in Evs education.
- Assist in the development of school policies, ensuring they are student-centered and aligned with CBSE guidelines.
Who Can Apply (B.Ed plus 5 years, NET or SET preferred)
To be eligible for this role, you should possess a Bachelor's degree in Science, with a B.Ed or D.El.Ed qualification. A minimum of 5 years of teaching experience in a school setting is required, with a preference for those holding NET or SET qualifications.
