Role Summary
Tegh Bahadur 3rd Centenary Public School, a leading educational institution in Patel Nagar, West Delhi, Delhi seeks a dynamic and experienced PRT French Teacher to join its faculty. The ideal candidate will have a passion for teaching French to students in classes 1 to 5.
Key Responsibilities:
- Teach French language and culture to primary school students.
- Develop and implement engaging lesson plans to promote effective learning.
- Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback.
- Maintain a well-organized and inclusive classroom environment.
- Communicate effectively with parents and colleagues.
- Participate in school activities and events.
Day-to-Day Duties
1. Teach French language to students in classes 1 to 5.
2. Prepare and administer French language proficiency tests.
3. Develop and implement French language learning materials.
4. Conduct parent-teacher meetings to discuss student progress.
5. Participate in school events and activities.
6. Maintain accurate student records and progress reports.
7. Collaborate with colleagues to plan and implement French language programs.
8. Use technology to enhance French language learning.
9. Evaluate and improve French language teaching methods.
Required Qualifications
Must Have:
- Post-graduate degree in French language and literature or related field.
- B.Ed or D.El.Ed degree from a recognized institution.
- Experience of teaching French language to primary school students.
Good to Have:
- NET or SET qualification in French language or related field.
- M.Ed degree from a recognized institution.
