About This Role
As a PRT Social Science Teacher, you will be responsible for teaching Social Science to students in grades 6-12. You will create engaging lesson plans, assess student progress, and provide individualized support to students who need it. Your role will also involve collaborating with other teachers to develop curriculum and assess student performance.
What You Will Do
1. Teach Social Science to students in grades 6-12
2. Create engaging lesson plans that promote critical thinking and problem-solving
3. Assess student progress and provide individualized feedback
4. Collaborate with other teachers to develop curriculum and assess student performance
5. Participate in school-wide events and activities that promote social responsibility and community engagement
6. Develop and implement assessments to measure student learning
7. Use technology to enhance teaching and learning
8. Communicate with parents and guardians to keep them informed of student progress
Eligibility Criteria
1. Post-graduate degree in Social Science or related field
2. B.Ed or D.El.Ed degree required
3. 3 years of teaching experience in Social Science
4. Fluency in English and Hindi
5. Ability to communicate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues
Salary and Benefits
* Salary: Rs.20,000 - Rs.35,000 per month
