Role Summary
As a PRT Social Science Teacher at Sri Venkateshwar International School, you will be responsible for teaching Social Science to students from Class 1 to 5. You will create engaging lesson plans, deliver interactive lectures, and assess student progress. Your role will involve:
Day-to-Day Duties
- Planning and delivering Social Science lessons to students from Class 1 to 5
- Creating interactive and engaging activities to promote student participation and understanding
- Assessing student progress and providing constructive feedback
- Collaborating with colleagues to develop a comprehensive curriculum
- Communicating with parents through regular progress reports and parent-teacher meetings
- Maintaining a well-organized and stimulating classroom environment
- Integrating technology to enhance student learning
- Participating in school events and activities
- Maintaining accurate records of student attendance and progress
Eligibility
- Postgraduate degree in Social Science or related field
- B.Ed or D.El.Ed degree
- Minimum 3 years of teaching experience in a school setting
- Fluency in Hindi and English
