- Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify students' strengths and areas for improvement.
- Develop and maintain a safe and confidential environment for students to share their concerns and feelings.
- Provide guidance and support to teachers and parents on issues related to student well-being and behaviour.
- Stay updated with best practices in school counselling and adapt them to our school's specific needs.
- Participate in school events, meetings, and professional development programs to ensure alignment with our school's mission and goals.
Who Can Apply
To be considered for this role, you must have a postgraduate degree in Counselling, Psychology, or a related field, with a minimum of 1 year of experience in school counselling. You should also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with students, teachers, and parents from diverse backgrounds. Familiarity with Indian educational systems and policies is an asset, but not a requirement.
